Entering for the Cambridge ESOL Examinations
Individual Candidate Registration | Supplier School Registration
Dear Candidate
If you would like to enter for one of the Cambridge ESOL examinations you should now download one of the ESOL Individual Registration Forms below and follow these instructions.
On this registration form you should ensure that you state the following correctly:
Examination Session - the date or session for which you would like to be entered
Full name - the name that you would like to appear on your certificate
Address - the address at which you would like your Statement of Entry to be sent
Date of Birth
Signature & Date
This registration form should also be accompanied by a cheque or postal order for the specified amount (see each individual form) made payable to 'Oxford Open Centre'. We regret that entries without an accompanying cheque will not be processed. Please ensure that your name and address are clearly and correctly spelt.
Entry fees are non-refundable unless official proof under medical or other grounds can be provided. Fees cannot be transferred to a future session.

TIMETABLES
You must ensure that you are available on all the days relating to your examination
The dates for Papers 1/2/3/4 cannot be changed
You will receive confirmation nearer the time for details of all papers.
PROOF OF IDENTITY
All candidates must bring their passport (or a form of identification containing at least a photograph, name and signature) and all their timetable documents to every examination. Detailed instructions will follow with your timetable.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Changes of address must be reported in writing immediately as timetables etc will be sent to the last address submitted.
The registration form should be completed and returned as soon as possible. If you have any further queries please contact the Oxford Open Centre.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF ALL THE REQUIREMENTS AND THAT YOU ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE EXAMINATION DATES SPECIFIED.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT ALL YOUR TIMETABLE DOCUMENTS AND IDENTITY DETAILS ARE BROUGHT ON EVERY EXAMINATION DATE.
